Today’s DOTD - Drink Of The Day - is the Nixon, inspired by Richard Nixon resigning tomorrow, August 9, 1974.

For the record, Nixon was a crook, although he was never convicted. And while his cabal began the long downward road of Republicans to Trumpism, there were a few actual good things achieved during his time in office, including the establishment of both the EPA & OSHA, and the opening of relations with China.
