World Coconut Day emerged in 2009 through an initiative by the Asian and Pacific Coconut Community (APCC) whose members account for more than 90% of worldwide production.
Of course, a celebratory coconut drink is clearly in order and the Coco de Agua cocktail fits the bill. Easy to mix, it’s a tall refreshing drink well-suited to those late summer evenings - because yes, it’s THAT time of year again.
