As the old saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade – although, if it also didn’t give you sugar, water, & something to mix it in, that wouldn’t really be lemonade, just you holding rotting lemons.
Still, today’s DOTD - Drink Of The Day - is a nod to the idea of positivity in that axiom, a refreshing Limoncello Spritz, on this National Prosecco Day. Yes, that’s really a thing.
