Besides fixing the media. One other important change that needs to happen is making the judiciary and Justice system completely independent controlled by the people and not either other branch of government. We have to stop the, "Well that's a Trump Judge or from their side, "Well that's an Obama judge" and get law enforcement and judges who just follow the law. It's a heavy lift, but I don't think there's any other way. We can't let them get away with this anymore.
While we're not going to be able to remove who appointed someone, there's already a process known as "Judicial Performance Evaluation" or JPE for some courts, as part of a system of enforceable ethics. Such systems will need to be expanded, and vigorously used to weed out those who put fealty to Trump above their duty to the Constitution & Rule of Law.
Also, there needs to be enforceable ethics standards for ALL layers of the judiciary, including the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court must be expanded, and term limits added - which can be done without altering the Constitution. I (Shawn) prefer the idea of "Rule of 18" - 18 justices, terms of 18 years, the court divided along ideological lines, 6 each Left, Center, & Right. All cases heard by a random 3 of each of the 6, so no one can wait for a court favorable to their positions.

In short, massive judicial reform, yes. - Shawn
